Biography

I hold a Ph.D. in Law (Public Law) from the University of Bahrain, earned in 2018. I also obtained a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Applied Science University in 2011, following my Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bahrain in 2008. My academic specialization combines Public Law and Commercial Law, giving me a comprehensive foundation in constitutional and administrative frameworks as well as business and trade regulations.

Achievements

I have accumulated extensive professional experience through my work at the Higher Education Council since 2008. Over the years, I have contributed to the development of academic policies, the drafting and implementation of higher education regulations, and the supervision of institutional compliance. My role has also involved coordinating with universities to ensure quality assurance, supporting curriculum development, and participating in strategic initiatives aimed at advancing legal education and strengthening governance frameworks in higher education.
