Biography
- Dr Hanan Almawla is currently holding the position of Assistant professor in the Private Law Department, teaching Civil law courses and Intellectual Property Law.
- Researcher in legal topics related to civil Law, IP law with particular focus on IP law and technology in addition to comparative studies concerning the legal framework of IP laws in GCC states.
- She has published papers and conference proceedings in scientific journals. In addition to one academic text-book (in Arabic) about IPRs in Bahrain (for 400 level students at the College of Law – UOB)
- Firmly engaged in legal awareness activities including publication of newspaper articles and as a speaker in TV shows in Arabic and English.
