Biography
Dr. Wafa is currently the Director of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation office at the College of Law. Previously, she held the position of Head of the Private Law Department and Director of the Legal Clinic and Human Rights Center. Her General specialization is Private Law and her Minor specialization is Civil Law. She obtained a PhD in Philosophy of Law, University of Bristol (UK), 2014, Master of Private Law, University of Birmingham (UK), 2009 and Bachelor of Law, University of Bahrain, in 2007. Her main research interests are: Tort liability, contractual liability, arbitration, real estate development, medical errors, electronic transactions, evidence in civil and commercial electronic transactions, artificial intelligence.
