  • Bachelor in sharia and law - faculty of sharia and law , tanta , Al_azhar university 1987 .
  • Dean of the faculty of sharia and law in tanta , Al- Azhar university .
His Research and Areas of Interest: Economy and Public Finance, and Demonstrating the Position of Islamic Shari’a on These Issues, Including Transparency of State Budget, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Investment Funds, Determinants and Guarantees for Attracting Foreign Investments, Tax Treatment of E- Commerce Deals.
