DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE
The College of Law was established in 2002, with a view to paving the way for a brighter future, which we aspire to be full of achievements, despite the present challenges and the successive and accelerating developments in various fields, with their impact on the various aspects of life, especially the legal aspect, with regard to legislation, jurisprudence and judiciary.
Since its inception, the College of Law has paid close attention to the quality of its outputs in the bachelor, master and doctorate degree programs as well as scientific research, publishing and community service. The College is regularly developing its study plans and scientific curricula, combining theory with practice and thus meeting the present changing requirements and the society’s growing various needs of law specialist cadres. Hence, it has attained a prominent position among the various law schools.
Thanks to an elite group of faculty members in various legal specialties that their work has led to producing a generation of competent graduates, capable of shouldering the responsibility and carrying out the duties in various career circles in the public and private sectors, not only in the Kingdom of Bahrain, but also in the various Arab Gulf states, and in the Arab region. This would not have been possible without the University’s continuous support for the College’s efforts over these years, and its keenness to become a scientific beacon, contributing to community service, and the progress and achievements in our beloved Kingdom, the Kingdom of Bahrain.
