ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Public Law is focused on the legal relationships where the State acts as a sovereign authority. The courses taught in Public Law department include: Constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, public international law and human rights…etc.
In addition to undergraduate degree in law (L.L.B in Law), the Public Law Department offers master degree course (L.L.M) in public law and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) course in public law.
OUR FACULTY
The Puplic Law Department is composed of highly qualified faculty possessing the competencies to deliver a quality teaching in various fields of public law on both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The Department foster research and support its professors in this field.
