ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Private Law is focused on the legal interests of individuals in society. Therefore, Private Law Department is concerned with courses where the focus is on the legal relationships or transactions concluded between ordinary people or businesses.
The Private Law Department consists of academics with a broad range of specialist areas, including civil law, commercial law, procedural law and private international law.
In addition to undergraduate degree in law (L.L.B in Law), the Private Law Department offers master degree course (L.L.M) in private law and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) course in private law.
OUR FACULTY
The Private Law Department is composed of highly qualified faculty possessing the competencies to deliver a quality teaching in various fields of private law on both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The Department foster research and support its members in this field.
